Recipe Of Mouthwatering Paneer In Potato By Uttam Aich

It won’t be incorrect to say that Paneer is one of the most popular items in Indian subcontinent. It can be used starting from simple snacks, curries, sabzis, mithais to desserts. An ingredient that can be relished in the raw form too.

If you are bored of eating paneer bhurji or palak paneer, then here is a tasty and healthy paneer recipe you should try!

METHOD:

Step 1: Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin after boiling it & cut the potatoes in two equal halves in parallel shapes.

Step 2: Scoop out each half of the potato from the middle.

Step 3: Boil the onion( chopped), dry chillies, & tomato in a pan and grind in a mixture with turmeric powder , cumin powder kashmiri mirch , ginger & garlic.

Step 4: Mash 4: Mash the Paneer. Put some vegetable oil in a pan and heat it for sometime. Fry the Paneer a little more in low flame.

Step 5: Remove fried Paneer from the pan and keep them aside.

Step 6: Put little Turmeric Powder & Kashmiri Mirch in the heated oil & fry the potato halves a little.

Step 7: Remove the potatoes & fill the scooped out portion with the Paneer.

Step 8: Put some cumin seeds in the remaining heated oil .

Step 9: Add the pasted spice and all other ingredients along with curd in it & mix. Put some water after some time to make it a gravy.

Step 10: Remove from heat after the gravy is cooked and ready.

Step 11: Pour the gravy in a service bowl and place the potatoes in it.

Step 12: Enjoy with rice, Nun or Chapati.
